Braking system
Mobiclinic's Ulises scooter is equipped with an electromagnetic braking system.
Therefore, it does not need a manual brake. You can lift the handle to move the
scooter or pull it once it is folded.
Transmission/engine element
The drive/engine element is a mechanical and electrical part that converts elec-
trical energy to drive the rear-wheel drive wheels.

How to unfold the scooter?
When you receive the scooter, it will be folded and without the battery in its place.
You must connect the scooter to the electrical outlet in order to unfold the scooter
and place the battery. In order to do so, follow the steps below:
· Take the scooter out of the box. Remove the wrapping and safety guards from the
scooter.
· Connect the charger to the electrical outlet and then to the input port on the rear
part of the scooter.
· Place the key in the switch and turn it in order to turn the scooter on. The battery
indicator will light up and flash.
· Press the button
and start to unfold. For safety reasons, the unfolding process will stop in the
halfway point. Press the same button again to end the process. When the scooter
is fully deployed, it will beep three times.
· Place the battery: you will need to exert some pressure to make it fit.
· Unfold the backrest: adjust the handlebar by pressing the lever and placing the
tube at the desired angle. Place the armrests and fix them with the wing nut.
Once you have completed the process, you must charge the battery for a minimum
of 8 hours in order to use the scooter.
