5. Place the ignition pate into the
bowl and ignite the gel. Atten-
tion: Do not put gel into the fan
opening. This leads to irreparable
damage to the device.
6. Fill the charcoal container to the
brim with charcoal (Any charcoal
can be used. However, you will not
obtain any optimal results with
briquettes). Do not yet place the
cover on the container.
7. Place the coal container without
cover on the burning gel. Caution:
Do not touch the open flame!
8. Wait until the coal no longer gives
off smoke, then place the cover on
the charcoal container.

9. Grease the grill grid before each
use. Place the grill grid on the
device base and fasten it with the
latches.
10. Reduce the temperature by
25-50% by turning the control
button counter-clockwise.
11. After 3 minutes you can place your
food on the grill. Only place the
food to be grilled when the coal is
covered by a layer of ash. Before
the first use, first pre-heat the grill
for 30 minutes.
In order to switch off the grill, turn
the control button counter-clockwise
to the minimum position.
Let the coal burn down and wait until
the grill has completely cooled down
before you clean and pack it.
