4. Recommendation for use
4.1 Choice of fruits and vegetables
Choose fresh fruits and vegetables of the season for more nutrients and a
healthy and balanced diet. We advise you to use organic fruits and vegetables.
You can also keep the skin when it is fine because it is usually rich in nutritional
value. If you use fruits with hard and inedible skin (watermelons, pineapples,
mangos, etc.), always peel the skin before placing them in Senya Healthy Juicer.
4.2 Consumption and storage
The juice is best consumed when freshly prepared because its vitamin and
mineral content is the highest at this time. We advise you to drink the juice
immediately if possible because some vitamins will be destroyed by air and
light soon. If you need to store your juice, add a few drops of lemon to improve
storage life and place it in the refrigerator.
The fruits are rich in fructose (natural sugar), you should dose your
consumption. We advise you to dilute juices for children because their
digestive system is more sensitive than that of adults. You can use mineral
water for dilution.
4.3 Mix of hard and soft fruits/vegetables
When mixing fruits and vegetables of different consistency, it may be useful to
mix different combinations, such as soft fruits (eg: oranges) first, then hard
fruits (eg: apples). ). This will help you get maximum juice extraction.
