Downloading the remote app

To use the ETHERNET connector or USB drive (DRIVE and ) ports,
you must also use a tablet or smartphone that has the dedicated app
(free) installed and connect it to the same network as the unit.
By installing the app on a tablet or smartphone, you can use it over a
wireless network to operate the unit.
o You can download and use the app for free.

Changing the input source

Each time you press the INPUT button, the active
input changes in the following order and is shown
on the display.
NETWORK
USB
(USB input for computers) (Optical digital input)
o When NETWORK is selected and DISP>Fs is set, or when an exter-
nal digital input other than NETWORK is selected, the name and
sampling frequency of the selected input appear on the display. If
there is no input signal or the unit is not locked to the input signal,
the input sampling frequency is not shown.
o When NETWORK is selected and DISP>TIME is set, the elapsed
time of the song playing back is shown.
o If the digital input is not a digital audio signal or is an audio signal
format that is not supported by this unit, such as Dolby Digital or
DTS, "– – –" will appear in the sampling frequency display area. Set
the digital output setting of the connected device to PCM audio
output.
