DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE ET D'APTITUDE À REMPLIR
UN OBJECTIF PARTICULIER, AINSI QUE TOUTES LES
AUTRES GARANTIES EXPLICITES OU IMPLICITES
SONT EXCLUES DE CET ACCORD.

BLESSURES CORPORELLES OU LES DOMMAGES
FORTUITS, SECONDAIRES OU SPÉCIAUX.
