Rudder Installation
1. Align the propeller with the drive dog on the flex shaft,
then install the propeller using the included locknut.
2. Attach the rudder to the rudder pivot plate using
one M3x15 cap screw and one 3mm locknut (top hole).
3. Install one M3x10 Phillips head screw in the rudder pivot plate
(bottom hole). The Phillips head screw also acts as a shear pin
for the break-away rudder.
Important: The white plastic screw (PRB4218) is designed to break in case of rudder
impact. Without this breakaway feature, the rudder or mounting parts may be damaged.
4. Connect the cooling line to the fitting on the top of the rudder.
5. Ensure the trim tab panels are either perpendicular to or parallel to the bottom of the boat.
You may desire to bend the trim tabs for wind and water conditions. To adjust the angle
of the trim tabs, use a large pair of pliers to bend the tabs. This must be done carefully
so that you do not damage the hull.
Antenna Tube Installation
1. Carefully feed the end of the longer receiver
antenna through the grommet inside the hull.
2. Pull the antenna wire out of the grommet
towards the outside of the boat, then slide
the antenna through the antenna tube.

3. Insert the tube into the grommet, then
fit the cap onto the tube.
4. Apply clear tape to the antenna, grommet
and hull in the boat to keep the antenna
from moving.
Ensure the boat hull is clean. Lift a decal from a sheet
and carefully apply it to the boat hull for the color scheme
you desire. There are 2 upper hull bow triangles and 2 aft
cockpit triangles on each sheet.
