Never attempt to replace the cord, as special tools are required.

Repairs to or replacements of the cord should be left to a service
centre authorised by the manufacturer to ensure the safety of
the appliance.
Never immerse the cord, motor unit or plug in water or other
liquid, as this could cause fire, electric shock or injury.
The appliance must remain disconnected from the mains while
it is being cleaned.
Do not touch any rotating parts.
To avoid splashing, use a tall container or reduce the quantity
when blending liquids, especially if they are hot.
Keep hair, fingers and utensils away from rotating parts to avoid
serious injury to persons and damage to the appliance.
The blades are sharp: handle them with care.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
Beware of potential injury from misuse. Care shall be taken
when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and
during cleaning.
Never operate the appliance with damaged accessories. Check
for any damage every time before and after use.
Handle the accessories with care. Never use bare hands to
install and/or remove the accessories. The sharp edges of the
accessories can cause injury.
Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender jar as it can be
ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the
thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through
an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a
circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
