This unit has a built-in removable rechargeable battery which
can be replaced.
Used batteries must be disposed of in a selective collection
system to be recycled, and thus reduce the impact on the
environment.
When the battery reaches the end of its useful lifetime, you must drop it off in
an appropriate selective collection system that will destroy and/or recycle it.
Under no circumstances should you throw the device or battery in the
household waste.
