OPERATION

Before commissioning

Risk of injury! A device that has
not been assembled completely
can cause serious injuries.
Fully assemble the device
before you operate it
and connect it to the power
Wear personal protective
• Wear goggles.
• Wear ear protectors.
• Wear solid shoes and long trousers. Wear this
protective clothing at all times when the machi-
ne is being used. Do not operate the machine
with bare feet or with open sandals.
• Do not wear loose fitting clothing or clothing
with hanging laces or ties.
• Do not wear any hanging clothing or jewellery
that can be sucked into the vacuum opening.
• Keep long hair away from the vacuum openings
Operate the machine in a recommended position
and only on a fixed and even surface. Do not
operate the machine on a cobbled surface or on a
gravel surface where material that is ejected could
cause injuries.
Check the work area before using the appliance.
Remove any hard objects such as stones, shards of
glass, wires, etc. that could be thrown off, knocked
back or that could otherwise cause injury or damage
during appliance operation.
Always carry out a visual inspection before use.
The device must not be used if it is damaged, not
correctly installed or if the safety devices are
defective.

Never use the machine if the cover or protective de-

Operate the leaf vacuum using only the nozzle
and the connected collection bag. Replace worn

Start up of the machine: press the switch to "I"
(ON).

How to hold the machine and guide it whilst
working
Whilst working, always place yourself behind the
machine and hold it firmly with both hands on
the handles.
Speed regulation
This machine has a speed regulator with which you
can control the speed of the blowing air and that of
the vacuum air. To regulate the speed turn the
regulator "1" to "MAX" depending on whether you
want more or less speed.
Working with the blowing function
Start the machine and aim the air flow towards
the leaves and materials to be pushed.
Push all the material towards one place which
preferably should be a corner.
Once all the material has been grouped for pick
up, turn the machine off, switch to vacuum
function, start the machine again and begins to suck
the materials.
