14. Playing Demo Songs
The keyboard has 80 integrated demo songs. Proceed as follows to
select and play them:
• Press the buttons "VOICE" (13) and "STYLE" (11) at the same time
to start playback of the first demo song.
• Set the desired volume with the buttons "MASTER VOL" (7).
• Use the buttons "+" and "-" or the numeric buttons (19) to select
one of the 80 present demo songs (e.g. enter "47" with the nume-
ric buttons).
• The song speed can be adjusted with the two "TEMPO" buttons
(9).
• To terminate playback of the demo song, press the two buttons
"VOICE" (13) and "STYLE" (11) together again.
As an alternative, playback can be terminated by pressing the but-
ton "START/STOP".
15. Instruments and Effects
a) Selecting an Instrument, Button "VOICE"
The keyboard has a total of 132 different instruments, 4 of them drum
instruments.
After switching on, instrument "001" (= "GRAND PNO" = "Grand
Piano") is automatically pre-selected.
In the Annex (chapter 26), you will find a table with all inst-
ruments.
To select an instrument, proceed as follows:
• Press the "VOICE" button (13).
• Select the desired instrument with the buttons "+" and "-" or the
numeric buttons (19) (e.g. enter "115" with the numeric buttons).
• Now you can play the selected instrument on the keyboard cla-
vier.
b) Sostenuto Effect, Button "SUSTAIN"
Press the "SUSTAIN" button (21) to switch the Sostenuto effect on
or off.
If the effect is switched on (the lower right of the display shows
"SUSTAIN"), the instrument sounds a little longer if you press a cla-
vier key.
