By pressing the Time button (8)
you can set the duration of the

exercise. The value for the time
(between 00:30 seconds and 8:00
hours) can be changed with the
rotary button (3). If a time of 0:00
is set then the training time will

not expire but will instead run until
a maximum time of 08:00 hours is
reached.

By pressing button 9 you can use
the rotary button to set the
maximum value of the selected
profile. The starting value of this
profile is half this value! If the pre-
set value is 60 W, then the profile
will start at 30 W. Allowance must
be made for this when executing a
constant heart rate profile. A
gradual build-up of a heart rate
profile is desirable, so make due
allowance for this when selecting
the various profiles!
By pressing button 9 once again
you will be able to use the rotary
button (3) to pre-set a maximum
heart rate limit (between 0 and
255 bpm) for the training session.
This acts a maximum heart rate
warning mechanism.
In other words: if you are training
for resistance or torque you can
pre-set a warning for the
maximum heart rate.
