Operating instructions SATA clean RCS
4. Turn functional switch (4) to „Cleaning". Thus, the spray air is reduced
to a minimum and, at the same time, the cleaning brush is activated.
5. Pull gun trigger and move paint channel (cup connection) area up and
down along the cleaning brush. Thus, the cleaning brush will automa-
tically clean the air cap as well. The anti-splash system (6) prevents
cleaning agent from splashing uncontrollably from the SATA clean
RCS.
6. Release gun trigger and turn functional switch (4) back to „Spraying".
(Attention, the previously adjusted spray pressure is resumed again at the gun).
7. Remove all cleaning agent remainders from the outside and the paint channel of the gun
by means of dry-blowing: activate the button (5) "Drying" in the second chamber. For this
purpose, move gun to and fro under the blowing nozzle and briefly pull the trigger.
8. The paint spray gun is now cleaned and ready for the next paint job.
The deposit surface (1) may be used for putting down objects such as,
e.g., RPS cups!
8. Adjusting the pressure regulators
1. Adjust the cleaning agent quantity during cleaning.
2. Adjust the low air volume required for cleaning at the paint
spray gun.
Attention: The air volume must be as low as possible!
The pressure regulators are adjusted to a fixed value and tuned during production,
and should not be readjusted. In case of faulty adjustments cleaning agent could
splash out of the appliance.
