13. Attach the hinges (4) and plates (25) to the rear of the appliance using the screws (F)

15. Attach the hinges to the hood and
rear of the appliance using the two
screws (I) and nuts (G).
16. Insert the pin of the safety chain (5) into the hole provided to prevent the hood from falling back
onto the griddle.
17. Place the griddle plate (1) on the body of the appliance and the burners, making sure to place the
drain hole on the same side of the appliance as the grease trap drawer.
The griddle is now assembled. Refer to the "Gas cylinder connection" section before using it.
