described below may only be
carried out by a trained technician.
Fault
The valve switches but no lubri-
cant is released
Sensor signals constantly*

Air in the system

Possible Cause
The supply pump is not pumping
lubricant
Sensor Defective
Dosing volume too small
Inlet pressure too high
Cable break
Sensor defective
Inlet pressure too low
Air bubbles in the grease reservoir
Air bubbles in the hoses
Seals defective
Control air is switched too early.
Remedy
Consult Operating Manual for the
supply pump
Replace sensor
Check the setting for the dosing
volume and increase if needed.
Check sensor position
Reduce pressure to maximum
pressure allowed
Replace cable
Replace sensor
Increase pressure to the minimum
permitted pressure.
Loosen the supply hose Bleed the
system. Re-mount the connected
supply hose.
Replace seals
Switching may only occur once no
more material is released.
