7. Remove the black tubing from the Dynamic Knife Actuator
Cylinder
•
Locate the black tubing at the bottom of the Dynamic
Knife Actuation Cylinder (47204)
•
Remove the black tubing from the bottom of the Dynamic
Knife Actuation Cylinder by pushing up against the black
knob and pulling down on the black tubing
8. Remove the Dynamic Knife Actuator Spring Assembly
(SPA47929) from the Y151T-110/220 Machine
•
Push up against the Press Arm Assembly and keep it in
place
•
Place a 8mm Wrench around the M5 Hex Lock Nut
•
Remove the M5 Hex Lock Nut and M5 Hex Nut
•
Release the Press Arm Assembly into its original position.
•
Locate (2) Button Head Hex Socket Screw
•
Insert a 2.5 mm Allen Hex Key Wrench into the Button
Head Hex Socket Cap Screw
•
Remove all Button Head Hex Socket Cap Screw
•
Carefully pull out and remove the Dynamic Knife Actuator
Spring Assembly from the Y151T-110/220 Machine
•
Keep all hardware and parts
