1. Please get a shop stamp from your dealer, put the purchase date on this card, and keep this card
with you. Presentation of this card will be required when a warranty service is requested. (No new
card will be issued to you if this card is lost.)
2. The warranty period hereunder will be 2 years, starting from the purchase date. Only the main unit
of this Portable Nebulizer is covered by this warranty. Medication cup, any other replacement parts
or accessories are not covered hereby. You will void this warranty if you disassemble the main unit
of this Portable Nebulizer.
3. During the warranty period, we will assume the expenses arising from maintenance work for
the defects and malfunction of the main unit of this Portable Nebulizer due to normal wear and
tear, excluding any breakdown resulting from improper use. Any expenses of non-maintenance
work (including but not limited to, the back and forth shipping cost or expenses arising from your
specific request) will be borne by you.
4. For any service provided beyond the warranty period or not covered under this warranty, or
maintenance request without presenting this card, a service fee of maintenance and/or parts will
be charged.
5. Please contact dealer's shop where you purchase this device or our distributors for any demand of
warranty service and purchase of replacement parts and accessories.
1. Demandez un cachet auprès de votre revendeur notez la date d'achat sur la carte et conservez-
la précieusement. Celle-ci vous sera réclamée en cas de service sous garantie. Ne la perdez pas
(aucun duplicata ne sera délivré).
2. La période de garantie est de deux ans à partir de la date d'achat. Seule l'unité principale de cet
aérosol est couverte par la garantie. Le réservoir à médicament, les pièces de rechange ainsi que
les accessoires ne sont pas couverts. La garantie sera annulée en cas de démontage de l'unité
principale de cet aérosol portable.
3. Durant la période de garantie, nous allons prendre en charge les frais liés à la réparation et la
maintenance pour les défauts du réservoir à médicaments + tamis (Réf : MBPN00201) lors
d'une utilisation normale et correcte de l'appareil. Est exclu de la garantie tout dommage lié à
une mauvaise utilisation. Seuls les frais de réparation sont pris en charge par la garantie, tous
les autres frais (inclus mais non limitatifs : frais de transport, demandes particulières,...) seront à
charge de l'acheteur.
4. Pour n'importe quel service fourni au-delà de la période de garantie ou non couvert par cette
même garantie ou une demande de maintenance sans présenter cette carte, des frais de main-
d'oeuvre ou de maintenance seront facturés au client.
5. Prenez contact avec votre revendeur pour toute question relative à la garantie.
