MIXING PROCESS
REMOVING THE
ATTACHMENTS
If you are using the kneading hooks (4a, 4b) make sure you
insert them into the proper opening (5). The left kneading
hook (4a) will only fit into the left hole (5) with the visible step
in the hole.
The two whisks (3) will fit into both holes (5).

CONNECTING THE POWER

Before you connect the device to power supply, the attach-
ments must first be installed.
Before you connect the hand mixer to the power, make sure
that the speed setting (1) Is securely in the 0–position.
WARNING! Do not operate the hand mixer for more than
one minute at a time to prevent the motor from overheating.
Then wait one minute before operating the hand mixer again.
Important: Once the mixer has run for 4 continuous minutes,
it must be turned off for 2 minutes to prevent the motor from
overheating.
Place the ingredients into a mixing bowl. If you are using
bowls made of glass or china, make sure that the attach-
ments do not come into contact with the sides and bottom of
the bowl.
Immerse the mixer attachments into the mass and choose
the desired speed setting (1). See Chapter "Speed settings".
To prevent splashing, make sure that the attachments always
remain immersed in the mass while mixing.
Upon completion of the mixing process, turn the speed con-
trol (1) to 0 and unplug the device.
If you do not need to use the mixer any long, place it on the
stand (6) with its four slip-proof silicone feet.
Do not remove the mixer attachments until you have turned
the speed control (1) to 0 and have unplugged the device.
Press the unlock button (2) to remove the attachments. Make
sure that you hold the attachments by the shaft.
Note: In the interest of your safety, the attachments can be
unlocked only if you have turned the speed control (1) to 0.
