> Guarantee
The period of guarantee is 2 years, with the exception of separate
parts. The period of guarantee starts from the date of purchase.
If the guarantee arrangement is used, the period of guarantee will not be
extended as a result of this. The guarantee applies to production errors and
material errors of the original parts. This guarantee does not apply to normal
wear of the product and damage to the product an accident or incorrect
use, improper use, changes introduced to the product or as a result of not
observing the directions for use, required technical instructions and/or safety
instructions.
If the device has to be repaired, you must contact the specialised dealer.
Never throw your device away with your rubbish. Consult the applicable
local regulations or return it to the retail trader. Keep your purchase receipt
as a certificate of guarantee.
Carmen wants to continuously improve the quality and design of its
products. Therefore Carmen reserves the right to change the specifications
of its products.
