SYSTEM SETUP MENU: to set the parameters relevant to the system operation.
- SYSTEM SETUP
NETWORK: to configure the network by using the following parameters:
ENABLE DHCP: To enable the network automatic management parameter, if the ethernet network
subnet has a DHCP server. The DHCP option option is deactivated by default.
NOTE: Do not enable the DHCP function if the ethernet network parameters have been set as indicated
below.
IP: to set an IP address, which must be within the same subnet and compatible with the address de-
tected by the LAN network settings, to which you want to connect the D-MATRIX 8T (default 192.168.0.2).
NETMASK: to set a subnet compatible netmask (default 255.255.255.0)
GATEWAY: to set the gateway address of the subnet (default 192.168.0.1)
DNS: sets the DNS server address, if it is available (default 0.0.0.0)
WEB SERVER PORT: enables changing the web communication port with the Ethernet network (de-
fault it is set on 80)
MAC ADDRESS: display function that allow to display MAC address that uniquely identifies the device
WARNING: AFTER DEFAULT RESETTING, THESE PARAMETERS ARE REINSTATED TO THOSE SET IN THE
FACTORY.
LANGUAGE: to set the display language for the unit menus (ITALIAN, GERMAN, FRENCH and ENGLISH
are available).
RESET: to restart the unit
SAVE CONFIG.: to copy the product configuration on a USB drive in .XML format. Insert the USB drive in
the product USB port before saving the configuration.
LOAD CONFIG.: allows you to upload the product configuration from a file in XML format previously stored
on a external USB pendrive.
LCD CONTRAST: to adjust the front display contrast for better display.
CHANGE PIN: to change the D-MATRIX 8T PIN code (default 1234) in order to access the unit manage-
ment.
FACTORY CONFIG.: to factory reset the D-Matrix 8T to the factory values and deleting all the changes
made by the installer.
SW UPDATE: updates the system software by using an upgrade file which is already stored in an external
USB pendrive.
SOFTWARE REL.: to display the SW release installed in the D-MATRIX 8T
RESULT SW UPDATE: to display the SW update outcome;
START SW UPDATE: to run the SW update from a USB drive.
