19. WARRANTY

24 months warranty for private users and 12 months warranty for professional
users. It covers core parts, including Li-battery, charger, motor and
transmission mechanism. 3 months for machinery parts. Following conditions
invalidate the warranty:
• Any abnormal operation
• Tool not maintained as per the Maintenance Instruction
• Tool modifications
• Any damages even if made by mistake
• Damaged after amateurish repairing.
• Nature disasters
• Battery not recharged with the requested frequency
• Usage of the tying machine with a wire not approved by the producer
• Components subjected to wear (such as cutter or tying claw) during normal
operation are not covered by the warranty.
The Kamikaze-Volpi Guarantee is valid only for products that have been
registered through our website within 30 days of the date of purchase. For
