5.1.1 Zeitanzeige
Als Grundeinstellung zeigt das Display die bereits
gespielte Zeit des aktuellen Titels:
– numerisch (D) in Minuten, Sekunden und Frames

– graphisch durch die Länge des Bargraphs (K): mit
zunehmender Abspielzeit erhöht sich die Anzahl
der Segmente des Bargraphs.
Zusätzlich wird ELAPSED (J) eingeblendet.
Mit der Taste TIME (18) lässt sich die Zeitanzeige
umschalten: Die numerische Zeitangabe zeigt dann
die Restzeit des aktuellen Titels und beim Bargraph
reduziert sich die Anzahl der Segmente mit zuneh-
mender Abspielzeit. Statt ELAPSED wird REMAIN
(M) eingeblendet. Zum Zurückschalten auf die
Grund einstellung die Taste TIME erneut drücken.
Hinweis: Sowohl bei Anzeige der gespielten Zeit als auch
bei Anzeige der Restzeit gilt für den Bargraph: Ist ein Titel
zu ca. 75 % ab gespielt, werden alle Segmente des Graphs
blinkend angezeigt; die Blinkfrequenz erhöht sich, wenn
ca. 90 % der Ab spielzeit verstrichen ist.
5.1.2 Ordner- und Titelwahl
Mit der Taste TRACK/ FOLDER (7) wird zwischen
dem Ordnerwahlmodus und zwei Titelwahlmodi um -
geschaltet. Der Zustand der Taste zeigt an, welcher
Modus aktuell angewählt ist:
A Ordnerwahlmodus

5.1.1 Time indication
As a basic setting, the display will show the time
already played of the current title:

show the remaining time of the current title and the

inserted instead of ELAPSED. To return to the basic
setting, press the button TIME once again.
Note: Both for the indication of the time already played
and for the indication of the remaining time, the following
applies to the bar graph: When approx. 75 % of a title have
been played, all segments of the bar graph will start flash-
ing; the flash frequency will increase when approx. 90 % of
the replay time have elapsed.

Hinweis: Der Player schaltet automatisch in den Titel-
wahlmodus 2 (Taste TRACK/ FOLDER erlischt):
– wenn im Ordnerwahlmodus für 8 Sekunden keine Tas -
te mehr betätigt oder das Rad nicht gedreht wird.
– wenn im Titelwahlmodus 1 für 8 Sekunden das Rad
nicht mehr gedreht wird.
– wenn im Ordnerwahlmodus oder im Titelwahlmodus 1
die Taste SEARCH (7) gedrückt wird.
Die Titel auf dem Datenträger werden in folgender
Reihenfolge durchlaufen:
1. alle Titel auf der Hauptebene (werden dem Ord-
ner Nr. 1 mit dem Namen ROOT zugeordnet)
2. alle Titel in Ordnern auf der Hauptebene
3. alle Titel in Unterordnern
4. alle Titel in Unterunterordnern usw.

5.1.2 Folder selection and title selection
The button TRACK/FOLDER (7) allows to switch
over between the folder selection mode and two title
selection modes. The condition of the button will
show the mode currently selected:
A Folder selection mode
– button TRACK/FOLDER illuminated –
The folders will be selected with the buttons

3. all titles in sub-folders
4. all titles in sub-sub-folders, etc.

5.2 Betriebsmodus wählen
Mit der Taste SGL/ CNT (9) kann zwischen den vier
Betriebsmodi „Continue", „Single", „Continue Robo"
und „Single Robo" umgeschaltet werden. Der einge-
schaltete Modus wird im Display durch die entspre-
chende Einblendung (N) an gezeigt.
A Im Modus „Continue" (Gesamttitelwiedergabe)
werden alle Titel kontinuierlich abgespielt.
B Im Modus „Single" (Einzeltitelwiedergabe) schal-
tet der Player nach jedem Abspielen eines Titels
auf Pause.
C Im Robo-Betrieb wechselt die Wiedergabe auto-
matisch zwischen Player 1 und Player 2:
– Bei „Continue Robo" startet nach dem Abspie-
len des letzten Titels des Datenträgers bzw.
des letzten Titels einer programmierten Titel-
folge (→ Ka pitel 5.10) der andere Player.
– Bei „Single Robo" startet nach dem Abspielen
eines Titels der andere Player.
Der Robo-Betrieb wird immer für beide Player ein-
gestellt: Wird ein Player auf Robo-Be trieb ge schal-
tet, wechselt auch der an dere auf Robo-Be trieb
(„Continue Robo", wenn er vorher auf „Con tinue"
stand, oder „Single Robo", wenn er vorher auf
„Single" stand). Wird der Robo-Be trieb an einem
Player ausgeschaltet, verlässt auch der andere
den Robo-Betriebsmodus. Vor dem Um schalten
auf Robo-Betrieb darauf achten, dass der Player,
auf den gewechselt werden soll, auf Pause steht.
Mit der Taste
(16) lässt sich an jedem
Player die Wiedergabe manuell von einem zum
anderen Player umschalten.
5.3 Anspielen eines Titels
1) Ist der Betriebsmodus „Continue" oder „Continue
Robo" aktiviert, mit der Taste
schalten. Im Modus „Single" oder „Single Robo"
kann der Player auf Wiedergabe oder Pause
geschaltet sein.

5.2 Selecting the operating mode
Four operating modes are available: "Continue",
"Single", "Continue Robo" and "Single Robo". Switch
over with the button SGL/CNT (9). The activated
mode will be indicated on the display via the corre-
sponding insertion (N).
A In the mode "Continue" (total title replay), all titles
will be played continuously.
B In the mode "Single" (single title replay), the
player will be set to pause after each title.
C In the Robo mode, the replay will automatically
change between Player 1 and Player 2:
– "Continue Robo": When the last title of the data
carrier or the last title of a programmed title
sequence (→ chapter 5.10) has been played;
the other player will start.
– "Single Robo": At the end of a title, the other
player will start.
The Robo mode is always adjusted for both play-
ers: If one player is set to the Robo mode, the
other player will also change to the Robo mode
("Continue Robo" if it was previously set to "Con-
tinue" or "Single Robo" if it was previously set to
