Burner position and Flame adjustment
Proper placement of each burner is critical after cleaning they must be centered on the brass
orifice, resting level without any rocking. Failure to meet these conditions may cause a very
dangerous condition that can cause personal injury and property damage.
Gas control knobs should be in the 'OFF" position, and fuel line should be disconnected from gas
valve manifold. To reduce the chance of FLASHBACK, the procedure below should be followed at
least once a month or when your grill has not been used for an extended period of time.
Valve with Orifice
Turn off gas at source and disconnect the unit before servicing. To avoid the possibility of burns,
maintenance should be done only when the grill is cool. A leak test must be performed annually
and whenever any component of the gas train is replaced or gas smell is present.
