of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
- Check whole product and accessories regularly for any signs of damage or ageing. Before further
use or reuse of the tool, tool should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly
and perform its intended function.
- When product is not used for prolonged periods, unplug tool and store it (see Storage).
- Warning! The user and/or operator are responsible for any damages or injury or accident caused
to properties and/or persons.
Do NOT use the tool:
- for applications for which it is not intended or which are not covered in this manual.
- when you are tired, under the influence of alcohol, prescription medicines or drugs
- if product does not work properly, has fallen down, is damaged; do not attempt to repair it, bring
it back to an authorized service centre for maintenance or repair; or any other similarly qualified
person so as to avoid any hazard, or dispose of product.
Ensure that following conditions are respected:
- Before use, always check that the power cord and the socket of the reel and the device to be
plugged in are not damaged. Damaged or defective power cords and plugs shall not be used.
- If the reel, the socket or the sheath of the cord is cut or damaged, do not touch them. Immediately
switch off mains power and have the product repaired by an authorized service center or by a
qualified technician to avoid a danger, or discard the reel.
- Never connect an apparatus whose power is higher than the one stated on the reel.
- Warning! The acceptable rated power (in watts) for the apparatus is different if the cable is fully
reeled in or fully extended. Make sure to follow the rated power according to the intended use.
- Make sure the plug of the apparatus is fully plugged into the socket of the reel.
- Never pull the cord to remove it from the socket.
- Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges and damp or wet environments.
- Always disconnect from mains supply and switch off any device before unplugging its plug,
electrical connectors or extension cords.
- Always wind in the cable carefully so as to avoid tying knots.
- Unplug the reel plug from the mains socket when it is not in use.
IV- GETTING STARTED
4.1- Unpacking and Content
- Remove product from its packaging.
- Check that product is not damage
4.2- Installation
You can install the cable reel on a wall or pillar (see Fig.1)
The mounting bracket can be installed on a masonry wall.
Install the reel indoors where it is most convenient for the user, and out of children's reach.
There are two holes on the mounting bracket (4) to which corresponds two screws (see Fig.2).
Each screw must be fitted with a rubber washer or padding.
Attach the mounting bracket using the provided screws.
Make sure the assembly is strong enough.
