2.7.2 Selecting chases:

1. Press the / chase / key.
2. Use the numeric keypad to select the desired memory location. You can call multiple chases at the same time. If
necessary, use the Key PAGE to switch between the storage locations:
Page A: Memory location 1-12
Page B: Memory location 13-24
Page C: Memory location 25-36
3. Use the / RUN MODE / -Key to select the run mode for run lights. A chase can run manually, music-controlled
or automatically. The MANUAL, MUSIC and AUTO LEDs show the current setting.
In the manual mode you can use the Pan wheel to switch from one to the next step.
In the Music mode, individual steps are performed at the same rate as the music recorded via the internal
microphone.
In automatic mode, the scenes stored in a memory bank are played back in a loop in a time-controlled manner.
The speed, the transient speed and the brightness can be adjusted by means of sliders 15, 16 and 17 (see Figure
1.Controller surface)

2.7.3 Blackout-Function:

Here you can specify whether all control channels should respond to the / BLACK OUT / -Key or only the dimmer
control channels.
1. Call the menu item "09. Black-out mode ". (See section 2.4.1 Menu structure)
2. Press the / ENTER / -Key. The display shows "Black-out mode [only dimmer]"
3. Use the Pan dial to select [only dimmer] and [All channels].
4. Confirm your settings with ENTER
[All channels]: All control channels respond to the / BLACKOUT / -Key. In the black-out state, the control channels
(including pan / tilt position and gobo, color and effect wheels) have the value zero.
[Only dimmer]: Only the dimmer control channel responds to the / BLACK OUT / -Key. In the black-out state, only
this control channel has the value zero.

2.8 Saving Data [Data backup] / Reading Data [Data load]

Data can be stored and read via the USB socket (USB stick). The entire memory content (scenes, chases) of the
internal memory is stored as a file.

2.8.1 Save data to the USB stick (Data backup).

The USB stick must be connected to the USB socket. The device supports data carriers with the FAT32 file
system and a capacity of up to 32 GB
1. Call the menu item "06. Data backup ". (See section 2.4.1 Menu structure)
2. Press the / ENTER / -Key. The display shows "Data backup [NO]"
3. Use the Pan dial to select [YES] to execute the backup.
4. Confirm your settings with ENTER
5. Use the numeric keypad to select the location you want to save. The display shows, "FILE: 1" and a bar as a
progress indicator.
6. Repeat steps 4 to 5 to continue the backup. The backup must be performed separately for each storage
location. When the LED of a numeric key is lit, this memory has already been stored on the USB memory medium.

2.8.2 Read data [Data load]

1. Select the menu item "07. Data load ". (See section 2.4.1 Menu structure)
2. Press the / ENTER / -Key. The display shows "Data USB file [NO]"
3. Use the Pan dial to select [YES] to enter the data.
4. Confirm your settings with ENTER
5. Use the numeric keyname to select the file to be loaded. The display shows, "FILE: 1" and a bar as a progress
indicator.
6. Repeat steps 4 to 5 to read the data further.
