Functions
The AS2-eco controls are designed for the automatic operation of doors in deadman mode.
For example, for opening or closing a door a triple button is connected.
Warning!
To ensure that the equipment functions properly, the following conditions must be assured:
The door is installed and operational.
The drive motor is installed and ready for operation.
The command and safety devices are installed and ready for operation.
The AS2 eco controls are installed.
Information:
For the installation of the gate or door, the drive motor and the command and safety
devices, the relevant manufacturers' instructions must be adhered to.
Mains connection
Danger!
To guarantee that the controls function properly, the following points must be ensured:
The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage stated on the type plate.
For a three-phase current, a clockwise rotating field is required.
For a permanent connection, an all-pole main switch must be used.
For a three-phase connection, only 3-way automatic circuit breakers (4A) may be
used.
The 3-phase operator is connected to the terminals X2, U, V, W. In case of single phase
operators OPEN is connected to the terminal X2, CLOSE to N.
Change of rotational direction: Once the motor is connected, the rotational direction needs
to be controlled using the OPEN and CLOSE buttons.

the connections U and V must be swapped.
The mains plug must be easily accessible and mounted near to the controls.
The value for the mains voltage (230V AC or 400V AC) must be set at terminal X6 using the
jumper.
Inserting the jumper incorrectly could result in permanent damage to the controls.
