ENTRETIEN DE LA CHAINE / MAINTENANCE OF THE CHAIN
Lors de la première utilisation, la vérification de la tension de la chaîne doit se faire après les premières
quatre (4) heures d'opération.
La chaine doit être lubrifiée à toutes les huit (8) heures d'opération. La tension de la chaine doit être vérifiée à toutes
les vingt-cinq (25) heures d'opération et réajustée au besoin.
During the first use, the chain tension should be verified after the first four (4) hours of operation.
The chain must be lubricated every eight (8) hours of operation. The chain tension should be verified every twenty-five
(25) hours of operation and adjusted if necessary
AJUSTEMENT DE LA CHAINE / CHAIN ADJUSTMENT
1. Relâcher la tension du ressort «B» pour la maintenir au minimum.
2. Remonter le tendeur « A » dans sa position la plus haute.
3. Passer la chaîne sous la roue dentée «C».
4. Passer la chaine sur la roue dentée «D».
5. Installer la maille patente.
6. Ajuster la tension de la chaine avec le tendeur «A».
7. Le ressort « B » ne sert qu'à rattraper le jeu qui se créera lors de l'utilisation, augmenter la
tension du ressort au besoin. (ajustement rapide temporaire)
8. Lorsque la tension du ressort ne sera plus suffisante, refaire les étapes 1, 2 et 6.
*Pour une tension adéquate de la chaine, il doit y avoir un jeu d'une fois l'épaisseur de la chaine sur le brin inférieur de
celle-ci. Tendre la chaine de façon excessive pourrait causer l'usure prématurée de la chaine.
1. Relieve the tension of the spring "B" to keep it to a minimum.

5. Install the connecting link
6. Adjust the chain tension with the "A" tensioner.

8. When the spring tension will not be sufficient, repeat steps 1, 2 and 6.
* For proper chain tension, there must be spacing once the thickness of the chain on the lower strand. Tension the chain
excessively could cause premature wear of the chain
