9.2 Cleaning and substituting the filters
When the vacuum cleaner deals with harmful substances for the operators health, the
substitution of the filters must be done wearing appropriate protective devices; operate if
possible in specific room. Moreover throw the filters in an appropriate plastic bag.

Remove the Lower Drum
•
Unscrew the nut that fixes the Filters' Protection
•
Remove the Filters' Protection
•
If the filter is damaged irreparably it is necessary to the substitute it.
Use only original spare parts: The use of cartridge filters non original could cause a lack of
the gasket grip or damages to the other devices (filter shaker).
In order to replace the filter unscrew the several nuts that fixes the filter; reassembling it make
sure that the filters' higher gasket fit together with the profile shaped by the cover.
Screw tight the 2 screws A and B showed in picture 3. Alternate screws while screwing them up
(Max 2 turn arounds). Doing that the ring seal won't get out of place.

If the Vacuum Cleaner is malfuctioning follow the steps below:

Check the ring seal's filters
After you removed the filter's protection, check the right tighting of screws A and B (photo 3).
(2 turns for screw A and 2 for screw B repite this sequence untill the screws are tight).

10.2. Cleansing cycle of the filters (Only M
1. Turn on the exhaust fan
2. Pull out the extractor pipe from the pipe union (K) and cover it
with a hand. At the same time act on the valve lever (L) for at
least 60 sec. in order to start the filter cleansing.
3. Repeat operation n. 2 on all valves!!!
