Check that the powering voltage of the socket to which you will connect the machine is
the one indicated on the data plate.
Make sure that the power cable has no abrasions or damages: if you have to substitute
cables , always replace it with another with the same specifications and of the approved
type.

Make sure that the electrical connections always contain an efficient grounding socket
•
Repairs must only be carried out by skilled personnel and when the machine is at standstill
and disconnected from the electricity supply

Never allow unauthorized personnel to work on the vacuum
•
Before using the machine make sure that all safety devices are working in the correct way.
•
In case of use on non perfectly flat surfaces, block the undercarriage of the vacuum cleaners
before its use.

NSTALLATION
6.1 Delivery and handling
KLINDEX's machines are delivered only after a strict test and in perfect working conditions.
The vacuum cleaner is safely fastened to a pallet and covered sturdy carton.
On arrival check the machine to verify that it has not been damaged during transportation. If this is the
case, immediately lodge a complain with the forwarding company: the constructor shall be relieved of
liability in case of damage from an incorrect handling.
Use a lift truck to lift and convey the vacuum in accordance with the safety directions
6.2 Installing the vacuum
6.2.1 Verify the connection to the electricity main
Connect the industrial plug to the power cable and connect the plug to a socket of identical amps,
protected by a mains isolator.
6.2.2 Assembling components
The vacuum cleaner may be delivered according to customer specifications, with optional accessories
that the customer may request. These optionals are not included in standard equipment of the
machine.
It is necessary to choose the suction hose and the accessories that best suit the type of residue to be
suctioned.
The vacuum is now ready to be started and used.
