AINTENANCE
Every cleaning and maintenance operations of the vacuum cleaner must be done
ALWAYS when the machine is turned off, disconnected from the electricity .
The vacuum group does not need particular maintenance, cleaning or lubrication operations.
However we would like to remind that to guarantee good conditions of the functioning and the safety of the
vacuum cleaner, it is necessary a correct use and a constant maintenance.
Moreover in order to allow a regular and constant functioning of the vacuum cleaner, every eventual
substitution of parts must be done exclusively with originates KLINDEX spare parts.
9.1 Routine maintenance
9.1.1 Before each daily start up
•
Check that the power cable has not been damaged, torn or crushed
•
Check the integrity and functionality of the electrical switches
•
Check the state of the art of the main tank filling
•
Check the condition of the suction hose
•
Check that the suction head is correctly positioned on the inferior tank
•
Make sure that the power voltage of the electrical mains correspond to the one on the technical
data plate
9.1.2 Every 100 hours of operation
•
Check the filters' condition. If necessary, clean them using compressed air.
9.1.3 Every 200 hours of operation
•
Check the filters condition: they must not have holes or lacerations. In such case proceed with
their substitution (vd. § 9.2)
