Danfoss RAVL
Danfoss valve bodies have elongated
notches around their circumference,
which also ensure that the adapter is
properly seated when it snaps on.
During installation, please ensure
that the pins inside the adapter
are lined up with the notches on
the valve.
• Snap the adapter completely onto
the valve.
• Place the spigot extension on the
valve pin.
The RAVL adapter does not need
to be screwed on.

Adjustment run
When the batteries are inserted,
the motor retracts to simplify
installation. Meanwhile, " " and
the activity symbol " " are dis-
played.
If the adjustment run was started
prior to installation or if an error
message is displayed (F1, F2, F3),
press the control wheel (C).
When the radiator thermostat has been
installed successfully, an adjustment
run "
" must be performed to adapt
the device to the valve. To do this, pro-
ceed as follows:
• Press the control wheel (C) to start
the adjustment run.

The adjustment run starts auto-
matically 1 minute after inserting
the batteries, provided the device
has been paired.
The radiator thermostat performs the
adjustment run, During this time
"
" and the activity symbol " " are
displayed. During this time, no other
operation is possible. After the ad-
justment run has been successful, the
display returns to normal. The radiator
thermostat can now be operated.
You can cancel the adjustment
run by pressing the control wheel
dial again. Then " " and the activ-
ity symbol " " appear on the dis-
play.
