Rigid Caster x 2
1. Attach the casters to the bottom of the cart with the
hardware provided. (See Figure 1)

NOTE: The rigid casters are attached to the
front of the cart and the total lock swivel
casters are attached to the back of the cart.
Line up the casters with the studs on the
bottom of the cart and secure in place.

2. Lower the eyewash unit onto the cart tray.
(See Figure 2)

NOTE: The eyewash unit should be positioned
on the cart (facing either eyewash sign) before
the tank is filled. Ensure the petcock is closed
before filling the tank.
3. After the eyewash unit is properly positioned, fill the
eyewash tank following the instructions outlined on
the front of the eyewash unit.
