Cleaning the Refrigerator
Food left in the refrigerator can lead to unpleasant odors coming from the unit.
Cleaning
1. Unplug the unit from the power supply.
2. Clean the refrigerator using a soft tissue or a sponge with warm water and neutral detergent.
Note:
Do not use a hard brush, steel wire brush, organic solvents, such as decontamination powder,
gasoline, banana oil, acetone, hot water, or acid soda to clean the refrigerator.
3. Use a dry cloth to dry off surfaces of the refrigerator.
Note:
When cleaning the refrigerator, do not spray water over the surface of the refrigerator in order to avoid
any water leaking inside of the unit and into the electrical components. Use a dry cloth to clean over
electrical parts such as switches and LED lights.
TIP: The door gasket is easy to get dirty, make sure to keep it clean.
WARNING:
While in the process of performing maintenance, cleaning or manually defrosting the unit, the
temperature of stored foods may increase. This will lead to the length of time the food can be stored to
shortened.
The freezer compartment automatically defrosts itself, there is no need to manually defrost it.
WARNING:
Do not use any mechanical devices or other methods to accelerate the defrosting process.
Transporting the Refrigerator
1. Press the power button for 3 seconds to shut off the refrigerator, then unplug the unit from the power
supply.
2. Remove all items from the freezer and refrigerator.
3. Using adhesive tape, tap down any moving parts such as drawers, crisper boxes, shelves, etc.
4. Make sure the refrigerator doors are closed and affixed to the unit using adhesive tape.
5. While transporting the unit, the angle of the unit should be less than 45° in order to avoid a malfunction
of the refrigeration system.
The refrigerator cannot be laid down.
