Problem
Burner does not switch
off
Ventilator does not start
If the unit is supplied with power via the power cord, work on the electrical system
may only be performed by electrical expert personnel and/or a person briefed in
the electrical system according to VBG 4.
Please have all repair of electrical, gas, and oil connections for air heaters be performed by
HEYLO service partners only.
Unit decommissioning and disposal
The unit is designed for long-term use.
Disposal must comply with all current applicable legal provisions in an environmentally friendly
way.

unfavorable location.
Room thermostat defective

Solution
Move room thermostat to a different
location. To ensure proper control, it
is important to install the room
thermostat such in the room to be
heated that it is not affected by cold
air flow from windows, doors, etc. If
this is the case, move room
thermostat to a different location.
Check room thermostat (may only be
performed by an expert). Replace as
needed.
Read out malfunction display and
contact service.
Check power grid
