6. Commissioning
Connections
1. Establish the connections to the oil supply lines via the feed and return connections on the
unit. In this context, it is imperative to ensure proper fit of the connection couplings! A
not correctly connected return can lead to oil pump defects and - in worst case -
leaking of the pump!
2. Insert power plug into a suitable power socket. (This should take place approx. one hour
prior to first commissioning for full benefits from oil pre-heating.)
3. If required according to the Building Code, establish a connection to a chimney. Otherwise,
install a 1 m smoke pipe with rain hood.
4. Insert sensors (see figure)
