1. Safety information
The product have to be used of a professional person in compliance with the applicable
statutory with respect to
- workplace safety
- measures relating to hygiene and accident prevention and
- in accordance with these instructions
Attention:
- This product is intended for purely hand-held use and may not be clamped in a machine!
Ensure that all regulatory requirements are observed during use
- always wear protective glasses
- provide enough light at the working place
- use dust suction
-Before using always check that the chuck is tightened.
-Rotary tools are to be checked for defects and should never be used when these have damage.
-When using rotary tools the limit information such as contact pressure and maximum speed of the
tool manufacturer have to be observed
-Excessive pressure during use can cause damage of the product or the tool and thus to cause injury the user
-Under no circumstances should the motor- and contra angle handpiece be cleaned with compressed air.
2. Range of applications
The Motor MT W art.no. 10105 in connection with contra angle handpiece W 90 art.no. 10101 and
W 50 art.no. 10103, the motorhandpiece MT Profi and the motorhandpiece MT 6 are designed for
manual and hand-held working of various materials, for example deburring, grinding, polishing.
All mentioned handpieces are for use with the control units MTQ art.no.: 10230, MTC art.-no. 10240
and it is not allowed to use them at any other control unit.
The products are not intended for clinical treatments. Any use for purposes for which they are not intended
is prohibited and may be dangerous. The products adequately reflects the current legal regulations according
to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
