INTENDED USE.
The soldering iron is used for joining metal parts using a low-melting binder
such as lead-tin for soft soldering. The soldering iron is particularly suitable
for joining components with a larger cross-section, e.g. automotive
electrical installations, low-voltage domestic electrical installations and
other work requiring increased heating temperatures.

OPERATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.
When the soldering iron is switched on, the heating process of the
soldering tip is started, this takes about 3min. During this time, the A2
figurehead heats up to the melting point of the solder joint. When using
the soldering iron for the first time, it is recommended to cover the tip of
the soldering iron thoroughly (fully) with tin for easier use. Once the tip of
the soldering iron has heated up in order to join two components, touch
the tip to the place to be soldered and apply the tin wire with flux. If the
place you want to solder is slightly rusted, lubricate the soldering spot with
solder paste.
The interchangeable part in the soldering iron is the tip fig. A2. To replace
the soldering tip, remove the cable from the power socket, allow the tip to
cool completely (do not cool in water) and unscrew the tip fixing screw fig.
A1. Replace the arrowhead fig. A2 and tighten the screw fig. A1 to fix it.

Bevor Sie den Widerstandslötkolben benutzen, lesen Sie diese
Anleitung sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie sie auf
für die Zukunft.
SICHERHEIT DER NUTZUNG.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen (einschließlich
Kinder) mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen
Fähigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung oder mangels Vertrautheit mit dem
Gerät benutzt zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch die für ihre
Sicherheit zuständigen Personen beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihnen
Anweisungen zur Benutzung des Geräts.

Der Lötkolben hat keine Temperaturanzeige. Ein unvorsichtiger Umgang
mit dem Gerät kann einen Brand verursachen. Schützen Sie sich und die

1. Schützen Sie den Lötkolben vor Wasser und Feuchtigkeit.
Überprüfen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten das Werkzeug, das Kabel und
den Stecker und lassen Sie eventuelle Schäden von autorisierten
Personen reparieren.
3. Die Versorgungsspannung muss mit den Angaben auf dem
Typenschild übereinstimmen.
4. Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose und lassen Sie das Gerät
abkühlen, bevor Sie es warten.
5. Berühren Sie die heiße Spitze nicht und tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe.
6. Tragen Sie das Werkzeug nicht am Kabel.
7. Trennen Sie den Lötkolben nach Beendigung der Arbeit vom Stromnetz
und warten Sie, bis er abgekühlt ist; eine heiße Spitze kann andere
Gegenstände beschädigen.
8 Bewahren Sie den Lötkolben außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
9. Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie den Lötkolben in Bereichen verwenden,
in denen brennbare Materialien vorhanden sind.
