Problem
Device is on and batteries
replaced, but no heat pulse is
emitted during treatment
Device beeps five times and
Ring Light flashes
Solution
Device has turned off automatically. Either
the activation button was pressed for more
than 2 seconds or it was not used for more
than 2 minutes and the device turned off
automatically. Slide the Power / Light Switch
to the "O" (Off) position and then to the "I"
(On) position to switch the device back on.
Device may be damaged or faulty; Shut
device off and wait 10 minutes before
restarting. If the device does not begin
working normally upon restart, contact
