Display function :
Allows you to change the speed, the default display is speed 1. Speed from 1 to 10,
use the «+», «-» symbol to change the speed.

To set the countdown, short press «+» or «-» to add or subtract 5s, long press «+» or
«-» to add or subtract in minutes.

Use of the machine :
1. Before first use, wash all parts of the accessories with water, rinse and dry.
2. Press the head of the machine with your hand, then press the head button (2) with your finger, and
the upper body will automatically lift up (fig 1 and 2).
3. Weigh the food and water to be processed into the mixing bowl, then install the mixing bowl (5) on
the machine (Step 1) and turn clockwise until the click position is turned and locked (Step 2) (fig 3).
4. The total amount of dough should not exceed 1.5 kg.
5. Install the required attachments (6), (7), (8) (only one of the three can be used at a time) on the
rotation shaft (1), push the attachment shaft upwards, then turn counter-clockwise a quarter turn to
the locked position. (fig. 4 and 5)
