1. The product is IP66 dust and water resistant, it can be washed, but cannot
be immersed in water. After washing, dry the appliance (especially
the breathable membrane) with a cloth
and remove the battery cover to check the
absence of water in the battery compartment.
DO NOT get the batteries wet. Store the
appliance in a cool, dry place.
2. All plastic parts must be cleaned immediately
after contact with fats, spices, vinegar and strongly flavoured/coloured
foods. (Avoid contact with acids and citrus juices) DO NOT clean the item
with chemical/corrosive detergents.
3. Always use the scale on a solid, flat surface and do not move it while
weighing.
4. This product is a precision instrument, please handle it with care; do not
hit, shake or drop the scale.
5. Keep away from high temperatures.
6. If the scale does not switch on or does not work normally, check whether
the battery is flat and needs to be replaced. If you cannot resolve the
problem, contact your dealer.
7. This product cannot be disposed of with household waste and must be
sent to collection centres for electrical and electronic equipment.
8. Designed for home use only, not for commercial use.
PACKAGING
In order to respect the environment, packaging material must be disposed of
properly in accordance with separate collection.
Check local regulations.
BATTERIES - Remove the batteries from the appliance before its
disposal. Do not dispose the batteries with domestic waste. The
batteries must be disposed of in the appropriate containers or in
the specific collecting centre. Suitable segregated collection helps
prevent damage to the environment and to human health.

USER INFORMATION
"Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical
and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)", pertaining to reduced
use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
equipment, as well as to waste disposal".
The symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin on the equipment or
on its packaging indicates that the product must be disposed of
separately from other waste at the end of its service life.
The user must therefore take the dismissed equipment to suitable separate
