5. INSTALLATION AND USE
5.1 Safety instructions
ELECTRICAL DANGER
Risk of electric current!
• No contact with heat sources should take place with the electrical cord.
• The cord should not hang over the edge of a table or counter.
• Do not pour water into an appliance that is running or still hot.
• The appliance must be connected properly and in accordance with current regulations.
WARNING
While operating, the device may reach high temperatures. To avoid burns and accidents, do not use the
device when it is malfunctioning, and do not use non-original spare parts.

In case of incorrect installation, the appliance may be dangerous and cause injuries. Before any installation,
check the data of the electrical network. Connect the appliance only when it is compliant. The appliance must
be unpacked and checked completely before connection by a professional.
5.2 Use
WARNING
Installation of the device and maintenance should only be carried out by professionals.
• Do not leave the appliance running unattended.
• During use, your hands must be dry.
• Do not move or tilt the appliance during operation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
FACILITY
Remove the bain-marie from its packaging and place the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
If this appliance is placed near a wall, partitions, kitchen furniture, decorative finishes, etc., it is recommended
that they are made of non-combustible materials.
If not, they must be covered with a suitable, non-combustible material.
Once the water bath has been set up by consulting the International Standards and Regulations.
The heater is ready for operation.
FUNCTIONING
For first use: fill the water tank to the indicated level.
Plug in the device and turn it on with the switch.
Set your temperature and let it run for 10 min.
Allow the appliance to cool, unplug it and empty the water from the tank.
Refill the water tank to the indicated level.Place a suitable GN container in the pan without touching the
heating appliance and using protection.
Plug in the appliance and turn it on with the switch. Set your temperature.
The indicator light comes on when heating and when the desired temperature is reached, it goes off.
The water level must be checked regularly, the appliance must never operate without water.
At the end of use, let the water cool then drain the appliance using the drain valve.
When not in use, simply turn off the thermostat and unplug the power.
