ASSEMBLY AND START UP
•
ASSEMBLY: For assembly follow the instructions given in the photos in Section [2.a].
•
VERIFICATION: Verify with water that the equipment has been assembled correctly, that it is not damaged and
is in good working condition.
•
START-UP: For starting up follow the instructions given in the photos in Section [2.b].
•
BATTERY: Before each working day, ensure that the battery is charged. To charge the battery, see Section 6.

•
CHEMICAL PRODUCT: For difficult to dilute products, it is recommended to prepare the mixture beforehand in a
separate container.
•
EQUIPMENT POWERING UP: To turn on the equipment, press the on/off button for 2 seconds until the equipment
powers on.
TURNING THE EQUIPMENT OFF: Remember to switch off the equipment entirely by pressing the on/off button
•
(the light must go out) and depressurise the tank by operating the valve after finishing each application.
TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE EQUIPMENT, AT THE END OF THE WORKING DAY, TURN
THE SWITCH OFF AND RELEASE THE EQUIPMENT PRESSURE BY MEANS OF THE VALVE.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE CLEANING AND STORAGE SPECIFICATIONS SO AS
TO ENSURE THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND TO PREVENT THE
INCIDENTS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 7. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
•
Follow the indications shown in the pictures in the section [3] for emptying, cleaning and storing the unit.
•
ALWAYS CLEAN the equipment prior to storage or after use (never leave the pump with phytosanitary products
in its interior for more than 8 hours). For thorough cleaning, allow the sprayer to run with clean water.
•
The unit should always be stored unpressurised and switched off.
•
To extend the correct operation and the useful life of the sprayer, it is important to use and clean the filters using
a brush with plenty of water, never sharp objects. See the location of the filters in the photo [3.5].
•
For the exterior cleaning of the equipment, use a damp cloth with neutral soap. Never clean with pressurised
water.
•
Store the equipment empty and out of reach of children in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and
excess heat and cold (between 10°C and 25°C). (See in Section 6. Battery).
•
During transport, the sprayer must be firmly secured to prevent risk of falls, collisions or injury

MAINTENANCE
THIS EQUIPMENT INCLUDES WEAR AND TEAR COMPONENTS, INCLUDING BATTERY,
MOTOR, GASKETS, ETC. IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERTAKE THE MAINTENANCE OF
THE EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO EACH CAMPAIGN AND TO FOLLOW THE MAINTENANCE
SPECIFICATION SO AS TO ENSURE THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT, TO
EXTEND ITS USEFUL LIFE AND TO PREVENT THE INCIDENTS SUMMARISED IN SECTION
7. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE.
It is important that this manual is read and understood prior to starting to use the equipment.
Pay special attention to equipment cleaning and maintenance tips so as to ensure an extended
service life of the sprayer.
This symbol helps to identify such recommendations.
Similarly pay special attention to safety regulations. Failure to follow the instructions and
safety warnings may result in serious injury.
The following symbol helps the operator to recognise the situations which when not
followed may create the issues as described below.
