Worn driver piston O-ring
Air restriction/inadequate airflow through
socket and plug
Dirt/grime in driver channel
Worn bumper
Fasteners jam in tool
Driver channel worn
Wrong sized fasteners
Bent/damaged fasteners or collation
Loose magazine/nose screws
Broken/chipped driver
Fastener misses metal
Damaged moveable nose

Nail not fully positioned in the drive channel
Hole not properly located with point of nail
Nail point not visible
Trigger stem depressed
Nose spring broken
Nail jammed in drive channel

Replace spring
Use

WALT pneumatic tool oil

Replace O-ring, check driver
Replace quick disconnect fittings
Disassemble and clean driver and sleeve
Replace bumper, check driver and driver piston O-ring
Replace Fixed nose
Use only recommended fasteners
Discontinue using these fasteners
Tighten all screws
Replace driver
Replace moveable nose
Check for debris/collation in drive channel; remove
Place nail point in metal connector hole before firing
Release trigger; disconnect and reconnect air; replace
Replace nose spring
Disconnect air/clear jam
Replace cam spring
Disconnect air/remove cover/separate cam and
Disconnect from air and add new strip of nails
Replace O-ring
WALT.
