Motor Brush Release Tabs
Carbon brushes in the motor will
wear. The expected life is approxi-
mately 600 working hour. We recom-
mend replacing the carbon brushes
regularly to ensure proper operation
of the unit, or when the end of either
brush is visible in the sight window.
Replace carbon brushes as follows:
• Disconnect input power
• Remove top cover
• Remove black wires from brush
holders
• Depress release tabs, and slide
brush/holder out
• Insert new brush/holder, and slide
in until it locks in place
• Reinstall top cover.
