As shown, fix one end of the pole brace (L1 and L2) onto the bottom pole (Y)
using the bolts (E1, E2 and E3).
As shown, fix the other end of the pole brace (L1 and L2) on two sides of the
base (S) using the bolts (C1, C2 and C3).
