Operation
DANGER! Risk of injury! The prod-
uct or compressed air must not be
directed at oneself, others and ani-
mals.
Check before switching on!
Check the safe condition of the product:
• Check whether there are any visible
defects.
• Check all parts to make sure that they fit
tightly.
• Check whether the compressed air sys-
tem is pressurised.
• Check whether the compressed air con-
nection and pressure lines are sealed.
Compressed air supply
NOTICE! Risk of product damage!
Operate the product only with cleaned
and condensate-free compressed air.
Note: Always use screw thread seal-
ing tape (e.g. Teflon tape) when
screwing the plug-in coupling into the
product.
• Valves and hoses must be rated for pres-
sure and the required air flow.
• Always use a compressed air mainte-
nance unit with filter pressure reducer.
– Connect the compressed air hose to the
plug-in coupling and engage securely
(► P. 3, fig. 2).
Tyre inflation and measuring device
Note: Observe the manufacturer's
data for tyre pressure. The safety and
service life of the tyre depends on the
correct inflation pressure.
– Press the locking lever (6) and insert the
valve connector (5) up to the stop on the
tyre valve.
– Press the trigger (3), to start the com-
pressed air supply.
– Release the trigger (3), to stop the com-
pressed air supply.
– Read the filling pressure from the pres-
sure gauge (2).
– Press the trigger half way as required to
vent the air.
– Press the locking lever (6) and slowly pull
the valve connector (5) from the tyre valve
to prevent air loss.

• The product and accessories must be
protected from soiling and corrosion if out
of use for prolonged periods.
Transport
• Use the original packaging to ship wher-
ever possible.
Troubleshooting
If something doesn't work...
DANGER! Risk of injury! Improper
repairs can result in the product func-
tioning unsafely. This endangers
yourself and your environment.
Malfunctions are often caused by minor
faults. You can easily remedy most of these
yourself. Please consult the following table
before contacting the vendor. You will save
yourself a lot of trouble and possibly money
too.
