CODEBREAKER V10.1 EXPLAINED
Code Breaker is a cheat device developed by Pelican Accessories, currently available for
PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Dreamcast, Game Boy Advance, and Nintendo DS. It is one of the
few currently supported video game cheat devices.
Though previous versions of the PlayStation 2 Code Breaker were plagued by limited
functionality, later versions were lauded for features such as a simple, uncluttered menu
and "typing" systems. Version 9 added support for USB keyboards.
Unlike other cheat devices which store cheat codes on proprietary storage devices,
the PlayStation 2 Code Breaker stores codes on memory cards, thus cutting down on
manufacturing costs. Saves can also be copied from USB flash drives.
The device's official web site, Codetwink, run by CodeMasterX, (who also coded the entire
cheat engine and cheat code types in the product) provides codes posted by the former
Game Shark Code Creators Club.
Codebreaker is set up to run through OPL so cheats can be applied to backups and PS2
.ISO games.
CORRUPTED .ELF FILES
In some rare and unexpected circumstances the .ELF files that allow you to use things like
OPL, ESR, HDLoader & Codebreaker can become faulty or corrupted. When this happens the
applications wont load when selected and instead will just boot to a black screen until the
PS2 is restarted. In these circumstances, we recommend reinstalling the .ELF files onto the
memory card via USB.
A great video that has been uploaded to

detailed and also easy to follow.
This specific video is for Codebreaker but
the same rules apply to all .ELF files. We do
This is very
have to mention that this video is not ours
and isn't connected to Kaico in any way,
shape, or form.
