Cellular Trouble
Ensure the SIMcard isproperlyinsertedintothe SIMcard holder.

Ensure the SIMcard hasbeen activated (could takeup to 24 hrs

after install).
Ifthistrouble persists,relocate thepanel(and communicator) or

install an external antenna extension kit.
Checkwiththe ISPto confirm Internetservice isactiveinthearea.

Ensure the Ethernet cable issecurelyinserted intothe RJ45 jackof
l
the communicator and the hub/router/switch.
Checkthelinklightonthehub/router/switch isON.Iflink lightis
l
OFF, start the hub/router/switch.
Ethernet Trouble
IfDHCP is used, ensure that the unit has an assigned IPaddress
l
from the server. In Section [851] [992] verifya valid IPaddress is
programmed. If not, contact the network administrator.
Ifproblem persists,replace theEthernetcableand RJ45
l
connector.
Ensure thatthe Ethernetpathhas Internet connectivity.
l
Ifusing astaticIPaddress, confirm thatthegatewayand subnet
l
mask are entered correctly.
Ifthe networkhasafirewall, ensure thenetworkhasthe
l
programmed outgoing ports open (default UDP port 3060 and
port 3065).
Receiver Not
Ensure thatallthereceiversare programmed forDHCPorhave
l
the proper IP address and port number.
Available
Ensure thecellularreceiver APNshave beenprogrammed with
l
the accesspoint name provided bythecellular provider.
IfCommon Mode isused,and onlyonepathisinitialized while the
l
other path is not successful, generate a manual test transmission
over both paths or power cycle the communicator to recover the
'Receiver Not Available' trouble.
