CLEANING THE FILTERS
HEPA pre-motor filter and dust filter :
1. Release the dust pan by pressing the release button on the pan arm and lift it up.
2. Detach the top of the tank by rotating it counterclockwise until the arrow indicates the open lock
icon. Lift to open.
3. Remove the pre-engine filter and use a soft brush to clean it.
4. Remove the dust filter. Use a soft brush to clean it. Rinse it with clean water and dry it completely
before replacing it.
5. Replace the pre-motor filter (do not operate the hoover without this filter).
6. Then close the upper part of the tank.
H12 HEPA air outlet filter:
Remove the air outlet filter to clean or change it.
If the filter is too dusty and does not provide 100% suction, we suggest rinsing it under a tap and
leaving it to dry for 24 hours before reassembling it. This should be done every six months or when
you feel the suction is significantly reduced.
