Solution
Brush the heating plate with a little oil or butter
Use a thinner dough
Turn the temperature control knob to a lower
setting
Switch off the unit and let it cool down for a few
minutes
Make sure that the dough has the right
consistency
Leave the crêpes on the hot plate for longer
before turning them over
This is normal when using for the first time.
Ventilate the room well and wipe the heating
plate with a lightly oiled cloth before you begin
