WARNING! Risk of damage to the
device! During installation secure the fan
against sliding or falling.
Assembly sequence:
– Switch off the power supply;
– Install the fan by exhaust side into installed
exhaust ventilation pipe;
– Remove electric compartment cover for connec-
tion of electrical cable;
– Connect electrical power supply cable and screw
it in terminal block;
– Fasten the cable by securing plate with screws;
– Attach the cover of electrical compartment on
housing of the fan;
– Connect intake ventilation pipe of compatible
diameter to intake side of the fan;
– Supply electrical power to the fan.
Electrical connection
DANGER! Risk of death through elec-
tric shock! The electric connection
should be done by corresponding quali-
fied, approved personnel.
The electrical cable network must be elec-
trically isolated before the installation
(Switch off main control switch/-fuse).
– WARNING! The power cable may only be laid
through the hole in the casing provided by the
manufacturer. Laying the power cable through a
manually drilled hole will not be the liability of the
manufacturer and will void the warranty. The
wires must be stripped of insulation by a maxi-
mum of 8 mm.
– Maintain correct position of cable securing plate.

Operation
Electronic system operation algorithm
The TH model fans equipped with a timer and a
humidity sensor are activated by control voltage
application to input terminal S or on exceeding the
pre-set humidity level H adjustable within the ~60% to
~90% range. Upon control voltage removal or a
decrease of humidity level H the fan continues to
operate for the period of time set by the timer within
the range from 2 to 30 minutes.

Troubleshooting
If something stops working...
Malfunctions are often caused by minor faults. You
can easily fix the most of them by yourself. Please
consult the following table before contacting retail
store. You will save a lot of troubles and possibly
money too.
Cause
Electrical connection wrong?
Impeller blocked?
Screw connections loose?
Faulty motor.
H] — To adjust the humidity sensor threshold
value turn the [H] potentiometer knob clock-
wise [+] or counter-clockwise [−] which sets the
threshold value within the range from 60% to
90%.
Note: The fan is supplied with a special
plastic screwdriver. Use the screwdriver
to adjust the fan activation or deactivation
delay time or the humidity sensor thresh-
old value.
NOTICE! Risk of product damage! Do
not use a metal screwdriver, knife, etc. for
adjustment operations not to damage the
circuit board.
DANGER! Risk of fatal injury due to
electric shock! The timer board is under
mains voltage. Make sure the fan is com-
pletely disconnected from the power
mains before adjusting.

wipe down device cover with slightly damp cloth.
DANGER! Risk of injury! Improper
repairs can result in unsafe functioning of
the product. This endangers yourself and
your environment.
Solution
